Harry Edward Styles - also called Harry Styles - is a British musician as well as a composer. Harry Styles has been acknowledged as the composer for the One Direction band. Harry Styles was born in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire, England on the 1st of February 1994, and is the father of Des Styles and Anne Cox. Harry Styles, a former student at Holmes Chapel Comprehensive Schools Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School formed a group called White Eskimo together with three of his fellow students. After they won the Battle of Bands 2009 thanks to their outstanding performance, the band also took part in the Battle of Bands 2010. Even though he had always been interested in the music world but despite his enthusiasm in it, he also wanted to be a lawyer or physical therapist. When he worked in the city's pastry shop Harry Styles managed to feed his family. Harry Styles performed Is not She Lovely (Stevie Wonder) during the auditions in 2010 for The X Factor. The reason for this was the band split up. After the audition in The X Factor the jury Nicole Scherzinger suggested that Harry Styles would be a part of a future band that would be called One Direction along with Liam Payne Zayn Malik Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson. Simon Cowell sponsored this five-person group, and they founded in the year 2010. The five-piece band was sponsored by Simon Cowell. They performed Kelly Clarkson's My Life Would Suck without You as well Bonnie Tyler's Total Eclipse of the Heart. They were one of the most competitive groups in the competition. However, they finished third, a place behind Rebecca Ferguson. Harry Styles was not the winner, but Cowell had paid 2,000,000 pounds under a contract with One Direction.
