Anya Taylor Joy is a 16-year old American who was who was born in Miami Florida. Her mother is English, one-half Spanish. Her parents were Dennis Alan Taylor an ex-banker and Jennifer Marina Joy psychologist. Her father is an Argentinean of Scottish and English descent is also her mother. Her mother is Spanish as well as English origin. Taylor-Joy has five siblings four from her father's previous marriage. After having lived with her parents in Buenos Aires for six years and then moving to Victoria. Taylor-Joy explained that the move had been traumatic, and refused to go back to school in English because she hoped to go back to Argentina. Hill House, a school located in the same area as Northlands was obligated to accept her. Then she went to Queen's Gate School and studied ballet. At 16, she left the school to explore acting as a profession. Since her early years, Taylor-Joy had a dream to become an actress and her goals were realized when she was given a modeling job by Sarah Doukas the founder of Storm Management.
